As a one time Crewe resident I am happy to learn that the subject of the Town War Memorial Relocation has finally reached a positive and successful conclusion.
Whether or not one agrees with the move and new location is really a moot point. Britannia has been successfully restored to her former glory and safely relocated for the benefit of future generations.
That, I am sure we all recognise, should be the prime consideration, so that those who gave their lives in war will live for ever in the hearts of all Crewe people.
However, for those of us who live thousands of miles away, I am sure that it would be of great interest to see an actual photograph of Britannia in her new surroundings.
Would it be beyond the realms of possibility to have a picture or two posted on this website for our benefit?

I totally agree,Jade is nothing but rough in every respect,and the mother,well!!!!!!!!!
I feel sorry for the children,they haven’t a hope in hell unless the real dad steps in.He seems to have a little more savvy than Jade.Don’t think any sort of councelling will sort her out,after all she is a Gemini as well,which gives her a split ” personality”.
I find it absolutely aborant that she has been given all that money for being totally ignorant and stupid in the extreme. I for one hope this is the end of her appearing in front of my eyes for any reason.Didn’t know anything about her before BB and certainly don’t want to know anything more about her.Let this be the end.

I believe not only are the prisons cushy but the sentences are very light, you can do just a few weeks prison for crimes like burglary.

Now if the prisons were bread and water, dungeons shackles etc. I suspect it would act as deterrent.
The sentences should be years instead of months, as for their civil rights…. they forfeit them when they offend.

I have a solution for Mr Reid the home secretary regarding prison populations in the UK,

Send the worst offenders to other countries like Vietnam or Singapore to deal with. Of course local customs and practises should be observed. We could pay those governments handsomely for taking care of our prisoners yet save ourselves a fraction of the cost here.
Why they haven’t thought of this I don’t know as certainly the prisons in Singapore are relatively empty.

Another picture loan ad, the one with the guy with the football and its raining outside. He says “nah, a bit of rain never hurt anyone”, as if to say ah, a bit of debt is no trouble. Its all psychologically structured you see.
